Ingredients:Psyllium husk powder (fine).No fillers; artificial colours; flavours; sweeteners or preservatives.
Dose & Administration
Suggested use:Mix 1 tablespoon with at least 240ml water; juice or your favourite beverage. Stir and drink immediately. Drinking an additional glass of water afterwards is advised to ensure hydration.
