Shipping & Returns

We charge a flat rate of $12 per order for postage over Australia. All items are posted via Australia Post or Courier. For Bulk items and International orders please email us for a quote before placing your order.

Free postage for all Australian orders over $100.

We aim to have items delivered within 10-14 days, however on occasion, due to supplier and shipping delays this may not be possible.  Processing time is 2-4 business days. Please note that current postage times are around 10 days due to COVID restrictions.  

Delivery of items is subject to availability, and we cannot accept responsibility or liability for any item we are not able to supply. However, if we are unable to provide your product as ordered we will offer you a store credit or refund. 

If you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you purchased, we offer a full refund of the goods purchased, store credit or exchange. Please contact us via the contact page for a returns form. Please note there is no exchange on cosmetics or women’s hygiene products due to safety and hygiene reasons.

PLEASE NOTE: no exchanges or returns are offered for sale items.

Return shipping is at buyers expense. We reserve the right to refuse a returned items if the items do not comply to our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method.
